The execution of this project has established the drafts of "The regulations on tracking and governing Green Mark and the 2nd-type environmental protection products" and "The regulations on establishing standard of procedure and governance", which included "The regulations on Green Mark and the 2nd-type environmental protection products" and the "The guidance of tracking and governing Green mark and the 2nd-type environmental protection products". Meanwhile for future Green Mark system, ISO/IEC Guide 67:2004 System 5 was suggested to be the base of that. It aims to perfect the Green Mark system development. After the analysis of market products, one type of monitor does not conform to the Green Mark criteria. For the air-conditioners, some plastic parts contain heavy metal that not conformed to the Green Mark criteria. Furthermore, 40% of the water-soluble paints contain Pb that does not conform to the Green mark standard. Due to the violation to the Green Mark specification, all of the dish detergents are not qualified, too.
